1. How do I book a taxi?

Booking a taxi is simple. Just get a quote through our quick quote feature and follow the online booking process. We will confirm your booking via email.

2. What happens after I book my taxi?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include instructions on what to do when you arrive, as well as information on how to cancel your booking if needed.

3. How can I be sure the driver will be there?

We are based at Istanbul Airport. Once you receive your confirmation email, we guarantee that one of our representatives or drivers will be at the airport to meet you.

4. What should I do when I arrive in Istanbul?

After your plane lands and you collect your luggage, our representative will be waiting for you at the arrivals lounge, holding a sign with your name and our company logo. Just look for your name or our logo.

5. How much will I be charged?

You will be charged according to the price calculated through our online Quick Quote feature.

6. How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking in two ways: by calling our cancellation phone number or emailing us. Please provide your surname and travel date when requesting a cancellation.

7. Will I be charged if my flight is delayed?

No, you will not be charged for waiting if your flight is delayed. We monitor flight times and dispatch the driver based on your expected arrival time, so we are aware of any delays.

8. When will I receive a receipt for my journey?

You will receive a receipt for your journey after the online booking process is completed.

9. What is the latest I can book a taxi?

You can book a taxi as far in advance as you like, but we recommend making the booking as soon as possible to ensure availability.

10. What is the shortest notice required for booking a taxi?

There is no minimum time requirement, but we recommend booking at least 12 hours before your expected arrival in Istanbul and 24 hours prior to your pick-up time.

11. How will I find my driver at the airport?

Your driver will be holding a welcome sign with your name on it as you exit the arrivals lounge after your flight.

12. How do I make payment?

Payment can be made in cash to the driver, using any major currency or local currency.

13. I’ve made a booking but haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email (either automatic or manual), it’s possible your booking submission was unsuccessful. Please contact us to verify your booking.
